Its factories are spread in the USA, Europe & Asia Pacific. The customer needed to have realtime and historical visibility into the products being manufactured, with connectivity to data from other parts of the organization including product, pricing, material. For that he needed to expose data from the shop floor, but had to secure it. This limitation did not allow it to optimize its operations in real time, impacting their productivity thus their top line. After review of the environment, aiDataWorks decide to address the challenge by combining www.gembo.co, SaaS industry leader in Industrial Analytics, and www.informatica.com , World #1 enterprise data integration company. The data will be collected and prepared for analytics by gembo, while informatica will be doing the security , making and loading to the cloud data warehouse. for downstream enrichment & analytics.
