GEMBO PRECARE creates digital twins for any legacy or new factory floor machinery, turning these machines in Internet of Things (IoT) devices. With GEMBO PRECARE manufacturers gain access to real-time critical machine operational data, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) analytics and predictive analytics, including predictive maintenance, which helps them increase the ROI of their manufacturing assets.
As the digital twins are built, GEMBO Precare uses multiple data types and data sources to enrich them: From structure and unstructured formats, to parametric, result and augmentative types. In many if not most of the cases, not all data is readily available at the machine or line. Usually this is a result of lack of standards, lack of digitalization of machines, or simply since the machine is too old to provide the required data.
GEMBO Precare solves the issue by combining quality/result, parametric and process data sources with augmentative data by using existing sensors or sensors being applied by GEMBO or its partners. Examples can include temperature, gyroscopic vibration, humidity, current, voltage and more. The platform than uses its frameworks to process the data, prepare it to be connected to its digital twin models. Once the models and data are in place, Precare platform uses Tailored ETL, Machine learning & Artificial intelligence Algorithms to generate real-time, batch, and predictive analytics.
In the installation of the sensors for the Augmentative analytics, GEMBO partnered with PARTNERBO. PARTNERBO, a high quality boutique system interators, specializing in data integration, cloud & big data, was in charge of the sensors installation and the implementation of the data collection, as well as integration within the Precare platform.
In this video demonstration GEMBO showcases integration of a machine with no external connectivity. GEMBO and PARTNERBO connected to the machine, retrieving engine current and overall vibration information. PRECARE platform labeled the data, than uses classification algorithms to create OEE Availability (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) analytics.
The analytics derived are than exposed in a flexible way to serve different personas: Business Unit managers, Factory & Floor management, and Maintenance and Development personnel. The platform native exposes analytics in a flexible way from Overall factory dashboard, through per floor, per machine and machine intra analytics.
